CHICAGO, Tuesday, March 13, 2018 – Kenway Consulting announced today that Clay Wolff has been named one of Consulting magazine’s 2018 “Rising Stars of the Profession.”  The magazine’s annual list of 35 up-and-comers in the consulting profession under the age of 35 — chosen from nearly 400 nominations — recognizes Wolff for his “Excellence in Client Services.”

He is profiled in Consulting’s March issue alongside professionals from several of the industry’s other top consulting firms, including KPMG, EY, Deloitte and PWC, and will be honored at an awards gala on April 19 at Chicago’s Blackstone Hotel.

“Clay’s desire to help is second to none, and everything he does centers around ethics,” said Matt Kueker, Kenway Consulting’s managing director. “His commitment to clients, co-workers and the community make him an ideal person for this honor, not because he does these things hoping for recognition, but because his principles guide him to do so.”

Wolff joined Kenway in May 2015 after making a career transition into consulting. Despite being in the industry for only three years, he has delivered critical initiatives in industries ranging from financial services to transportation and retail. Wolff is a company leader on Kenway’s sales and marketing team, where he not only educates prospects on how Kenway can help, but also coaches other employees on how to execute the firm’s approach to networking. After recognizing a need at both current clients and the market, he achieved his Salesforce certification and started Kenway’s CRM practice in 2017.

“My dad used to always tell me that if you find a job you love, you’ll never work a day in your life. With that in mind, I’m most proud of the fact that at 29 years old, the company that employs me – Kenway – allows me to say just that,” said Wolff. “I truly love my job and am so very proud of where I work, a firm constantly striving to find innovative and creative ways to help others.”
