CHICAGO, Friday, December 22, 2017 – Kenway Consulting announced today that is has been named one of 2017’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work for in the Nation® by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR). This prestigious award is bestowed upon organizations that display a commitment to excellence in operations and employee enrichment.
The 2017 winning companies were assessed by an independent research firm which reviewed a number of key measures relative to other nationally recognized winners. This year’s list honors 437 companies from across the country, out of 2,000 nominations. Winners are not ranked.
With more than 20 years experience conducting the Best and Brightest competitions, the NABR has identified numerous best Human Resources practices and provided benchmarking for companies that continue to be leaders in employment standards.
“National companies realize that their employees are key to business success. The companies that were selected demonstrated innovative Human Resources practices. They intentionally keep employee needs at the forefront of their policies,” said Jennifer Kluge, President and CEO, National Association for Business Resources. “We are very impressed by the commitment that they have demonstrated to their employees.”
