Engagement Manager

If you are someone who has a passion for helping companies solve critical technology and business objectives, the Engagement Manager role at Kenway Consulting may be right for you! You are adept at generating strategies and implementation plans to drive projects forward. You can manage a diverse set of stakeholders, driving to the key decisions needed and solving complex problems. Your expertise in maintaining strong bonds with clients makes you an excellent leader and leads to long-term relationships. Experience Preferences:

6+ years of experience in leading complex business or technology initiatives, preferably in a consulting environment. Served as a Leader of complex business or technology initiatives, preferably in a consulting environment. Proven expertise in process improvement, change management, project management methodologies (waterfall and agile), approaches, and tools. Led projects/programs in one or more of the following areas – process improvement, business transformation, mergers and acquisitions, organizational effectiveness, organizational change management, digital transformation, data & analytics, full cycle system implementations and enterprise applications, project recovery/turnaround. Led requirements identification and prioritization efforts for large scale business or technology projects. Participated requirements definition, user stories, and functional designs. Worked within or with IT organizations with exposure to the full system implementation lifecycle. Worked across multiple industries, business areas, and/or business applications. Identified and driven opportunities to expand help at clients outside of your immediate sphere of influence, adept at proposal and SOW creation. Ability to motivate, mentor, hold team accountable and develop people.Experience is not needed across everything as Kenway is able to offer training, help and guidance to build additional skills.

Salesforce Architect

If you are someone who has a passion for solving critical technology and business problems through Salesforce implementations, who enjoys working closely with a collaborative team and for clients of varying shapes, phases, and sizes, the Salesforce Architect role at Kenway Consulting may be right for you! This role could be a good fit if you are comfortable facing clients and translating their needs into technical solutions. Team members will look to you for your guidance, and you are a person that exhibits a strong work ethic and superior communication skills. You will have proven that you are self-motivated, reliable, and able to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Collaboration with client stakeholders to create well-architected solutions mapping to customer requirements. Oversight and governance of Salesforce projects. Leading of technical design sessions including writing, scoping and sizing technical user stories, writing technical architecture and technical design documents. Managing the delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation. Coaching team members and acting as build master where required.Experience is not needed across everything as Kenway is able to offer training, help and guidance to build additional skills.

Technology Preferences:

Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, React, and other technologies to architect and build customized solutions. Salesforce REST, SOAP, platform events, experience with SAML, SSO, security tools, TLS and SSL. ESB or iPaaS technology for integrations. Data integration tools, UI/UX experience, and deployment methodologies. Git and version control.Experience is not needed across everything as Kenway is able to offer training, help and guidance to build additional skills.

Senior Application Developer

Exceptional Benefits and Above-Market Compensation

We pride ourselves on our above-market compensation, with quarterly bonuses averaging $4K in additional to your annual salary. We also offer a SEP-IRA to which we contribute 25% of every employee’s total compensation. Other benefits include medical & life insurance, dental & vision coverage, short- & long-term disability and a pre-tax flexible spending account. Unique to Kenway, we offer unlimited PTO with no accrual requirements and a modest minimum annual hours target of 1,932.
