To assess the state of the organization and develop a plan to propel it forward, Kenway engaged Audrey George Consulting (AGC) to complete a full diversity, equity, and inclusion assessment in November and December 2020. Since that time, we have been working with members of the AGC team to implement changes that will enable the creation of a more inclusive workplace.
