CHICAGO, Thursday, September 11, 2025 – Kenway Consulting today announced that it has been named one of the 2025 Best Places to Work in Chicago by Crain’s Chicago Business.
Kenway was honored with a #28 out of 100 ranking on this year’s prestigious list. The annual award recognizes local companies that excel in creating quality workplaces for their employees, with outstanding benefits and culture. This is the fifth year in a row, and sixth time overall, that Kenway has been named one of Crain’s Best Places to Work in Chicago. Prior list appearances include 2018, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024.

Determining the Best Places to Work in Chicago involved a two-step process. The first step consisted of evaluating each participating company’s workplace policies, practices and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 20% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of employee surveys to assess their workplace experiences and attitudes. This part was worth approximately 80% of the total evaluation. Workforce Research Group managed the registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and used its expertise to determine the final ranking.
The full 2025 Best Places to Work in Chicago list was announced during a September 10 awards celebration at The Geraghty. The updated ranking of Chicago’s 100 top employers is featured on the Crain’s Chicago Business website, and will also appear in the publication’s September 15 print edition.
