The company veteran and previous COO succeeds Matt Kueker, who has transitioned to the new role of Kenway’s executive vice president of strategic growth
CHICAGO, Wednesday, January 14, 2026 – Kenway Consulting today announced two key senior leadership changes as part of its long-term succession planning process. Matt Kueker, who had served as the company’s chief executive officer since 2020, has transitioned to the full-time role of executive vice president of strategic growth and will remain a member of Kenway’s leadership team and Board of Managers. Amy Wilkins, who most recently served as Kenway’s chief operating officer, has assumed the role of CEO with full responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and performance of the company.
“It’s been a privilege to serve as Kenway’s CEO these past six years, and to be a part of this truly special organization for almost 20,” said Kueker. “I’m proud of what we’ve built together, grateful for the opportunity to have led it, and excited to help Kenway through its next phase of growth. Amy is a remarkable leader, and has the vision and capability to take this company to the next level. I couldn’t be more confident or excited about the coming years.”
Wilkins joined Kenway in 2011 as a management consultant and has served as its COO since 2023. During her time with the company, she has been instrumental in leading its day-to-day operations – including strategic planning, human resources, and financial operations – as well as guiding its client delivery organization to double-digit growth while maintaining extremely high levels of client satisfaction, as measured by NPS®.

Wilkins began her career at Hewitt Associates, overseeing human capital management services, and went on to serve as the director of client services at bswift, a benefits administrations software company. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management and administration from Bradley University, and an MBA in entrepreneurship from DePaul University - Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
