There’s a sense of comfort in knowing what every day will be like, and that repetition will lead to a strong sense of confidence.
Last month, I went to lunch with a friend who I hadn’t seen for a few years. As most conversations go with people I haven’t seen for a long time, we started by covering pretty standard topics.
