MATT KUEKER

Chief Executive Officer

Matt Kueker joined Kenway Consulting in 2006 to fulfill his entrepreneurial spirit and to lead positive change both at clients and within the organization. He served as the company’s managing director from 2018 to 2020 and was named CEO in January 2020.

During his time with Kenway, Matt has overseen all aspects of the company’s day-to-day operations, including strategic planning, corporate and business development, and financial operations. His experience spans across industries including Professional Services, and B2B Retail and Manufacturing, with a particular expertise in a variety of financial services disciplines.

Matt has led projects ranging from building custom account opening and processing capabilities to implementing customer facing banking portals. In the process, he has applied his mastery of several industry standard software development and operations methodologies, including CI-CMM and ITIL, to successfully deliver projects. His leadership acumen and identification/resolution skills of the most complex of problems have solidified him as an undisputed expert in the consulting industry.

Throughout his career, Matt has set himself apart by continuously solving difficult business problems and successfully turning around struggling programs from which most others shy away. By combining versatility and creative problem-solving and displaying comfort in ambiguous situations with no clear solution parameters, he has successfully helped clients identify the root causes of issues and align program goals with corporate strategy and/or business opportunities to create, clarify and communicate a clear program vision.
