CHICAGO, Monday, July 13, 2020 – Kenway Consulting, a leading management and technology consulting firm, has been named one of “Chicago’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®” by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR). This is the fourth consecutive year that Kenway has earned this recognition.

CHICAGO, Monday, July 13, 2020 – Kenway Consulting, a leading management and technology consulting firm, has been named one of “Chicago’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For^®” by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR). This is the fourth consecutive year that Kenway has earned this recognition.

The annual award honors organizations that display a commitment to excellence in employee enrichment and HR practices, and are dedicated to an innovative and thoughtful approach to human resources. Kenway was among 157 organizations named to the NABR’s 2020 Chicago list, out of almost 1,200 nominations.

All companies named to this year’s Best and Brightest list were evaluated by an independent research firm on key measures in various categories, including Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Recruitment, Selection and Orientation; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Communication and Shared Vision; Diversity and Inclusion; Work-Life Balance; Community Initiatives; and Strategic Company Performance.

Kenway, along with Chicago’s other local honorees, will be recognized during a digital awards presentation on Friday, July 24, 2020, from 12:00 – 1:30 p.m.  The event will be emceed by Pat Cassidy, WBBM 780AM News Radio, and reveal winners of 13 elite awards (one for each category), as well as the “Best of the Best Overall” award.
