CHICAGO, Tuesday, February 18, 2020 – Kenway Consulting announced today that, for the third year in a row, it has been named one of the Best and Brightest Companies to Work for in the Nation^® by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR). The honor is bestowed upon companies that demonstrate exceptional organizational commitment to employees, culture and community.

Kenway was among 540 organizations from across the country named to the NABR’s 2019 national list, out of 5,000 nominations. Kenway has also been honored by the NABR at the local Chicago level for the past three years.

All companies named to the Best and Brightest list were evaluated by an independent research firm on key measures in various categories, including Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Recruitment, Selection and Orientation; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Communication and Shared Vision; Diversity and Inclusion; Work-Life Balance; Community Initiatives; and Strategic Company Performance.
