CHICAGO, Thursday, February 9, 2023 – Kenway Consulting today announced that it has once again earned top honors in the Vault Consulting Rankings, an annual rating of the top consulting firms to work for in North America. The management and technology consulting firm earned the #3 spot on Vault’s 2023 list of “Best Boutique Consulting Firms” and ranked #27 on the 2023 “Vault Consulting 50” list.

Kenway also earned high marks on 12 of Vault’s “Best Firms to Work For by Employment Factor” lists in the following categories (all ranked out of 25): Compensation: #4; Work/Life Balance: #5; Satisfaction: #5; Promotion Policies: #6; Firm Culture: #6; Internal Mobility: #7; Hours in the Office: #8; Relationships with Supervisors: #10; Interaction with Clients: #11; Benefits: #19; Level of Challenge: #20; and Firm Leadership: #20.

Additionally, the company was honored on all six of Vault’s diversity lists, new categories added to this year’s rankings (all ranked out of 25): Diversity for Individuals with Disabilities: #10; Racial & Ethnic Diversity: #10; Diversity for Women: #11; Overall Diversity: #13; Diversity for Military Veterans: #15: Diversity for LGBTQ+ Individuals: #20.

Vault’s 2023 rankings are based on anonymous survey results of 16,000+ current consulting professionals at 120 consulting firms around the world. The methodology considers each firm’s industry reputation as well as its employees’ satisfaction with key factors influencing their professional lives such as company culture, work/life balance, compensation, overall business outlook, promotion policies, and the ability to challenge.
