CHICAGO, Thursday, September 15, 2022 –Kenway Consulting today announced that it has been named one of the 2022 Best Places to Work in Chicago by Crain’s Chicago Business.

Kenway was honored with a #41 out of 100 ranking on this year’s prestigious list. The annual award recognizes local companies that excel in creating quality workplaces for their employees, with outstanding benefits and culture. This is the third time Kenway has been named one of Crain’s Best Places to Work in Chicago, having first appeared on the list in 2018 and then acknowledged again last year.

Determining the Best Places to Work in Chicago involved a two-step process. The first step consisted of evaluating each participating company’s workplace policies, practices and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of employee surveys aimed at assessing the experiences and attitudes of individual employees with respect to their workplace. This part was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the best companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, and analyzed the data and used its expertise to determine the final ranking.

Kenway, along with Chicago’s other 2022 Best Places to Work, was honored during a September 14 awards luncheon at the Hilton Chicago that featured a live unveiling of the top 100 companies in ranking order. Kenway is featured in an article and detailed company profile on the Crain’s Chicago Business website. The ranking of the 100 top companies will also appear in the publication’s September 19 print edition.
